Overview:The Rewards & Policies Manager is responsible for providing advisory support to various lines of business in reviewing, designing, and proposing rewards-related solutions in line with the aspiration of the business and overall rewards philosophy of the Bank.
This role reports to the Head of Rewards.
Job Responsibilities:Review all rewards-related matters and propose necessary changes to support overall rewards philosophy.
Act as the point of reference for all rewards-related policy matters.
Provide strong analytical support to the Head of Rewards in the implementation of any Compensation & Benefits initiative/exercise.
Conduct annual job matching/evaluation exercise for the purpose of the Compensation & Benefits market survey.
Administer the annual performance appraisal, year-end performance bonus, and salary review exercise.
Analyze and interpret staff data trends for management reporting.
Jobholder Requirements:Preferably with a Degree in Human Resource or any related field.
Minimum 5 years of related experience.
Consulting experience will be an added advantage.
Analytical and comfortable with numbers.
Strong interpersonal skills.
