Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute and manage project quality
Perform risk-based system and process audits.
Familiar with process design and system design.
To promote and facilitate the development and implementation of effective controls, an effective and strong risk management system, and sound governance and control processes
Evaluate internal controls and perform root cause analysis for issues identified.
Provide value-added recommendations to improve systems of internal controls and to mitigate risks and ensuring quality.
Ensure issue or observation are remediated end to end effectively.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Must have risk wmanagement experience, able to do system and process audit
Agile delivery hand-on experience
Banking domain knowledge
Experience in requirements gathering, functional requirements, user stories and documenting business/data/application/technology architectures, requirement and business rules
Experience in identifying policy and process gaps, developing and evaluating procedures, controls, user requirements and functional specifications to identify gaps between current state and future state
Strong interpersonal, analytical and communication skills
Ability to cooperate with a variety of people to achieve results
Proactive with good organisational skills and forward planning
