Working hours:Monday - Friday (9am - 6pm)
Main Responsibilities:
Independently drive the maintenance and continuous improvement of the GDC-wide Risk Management System and the associated instructional documentations.
Ensure a proper and proactive Risk Management in compliance with ISO 31000 as well as all requirements, including active participation in internal and external audits.
Creation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the instructional documentation (e.g. Risk Management Guideline).
Manage the risk register, provide transparency to the risk and mitigation owners on the risks, and ensure that risks are reviewed on a regular basis.
Support the Senior Manager Risk Management on regular risk reporting and the coordination of risk committees.
Ensure that all data centers have a standardized Threat, Vulnerability, and Risk Assessment (TVRA) in place, which are reviewed on an annual basis.
Cooperate with property insurance on-site risk assessments and follow up on actions from these assessments.
Raise awareness for CM & BCM, including conception and execution of staff training.
Actively contribute to maintaining and expanding the good relationship with all Data Center sites and other departments in NTT GDC.
Actively contribute to driving standardization of risk tools within GDC.
Contribute to promoting a holistic understanding of resilience, thereby enabling synergies between Risk Management, Insurance Management, Travel Security, and CM & BCM to be used effectively.
Contribute to ensuring that Risk Management is driven in alignment with the Integrated Management System (IMS).
Participate in coordinating and initiating resilience measures in close cooperation with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Management and Security Management departments.
Requirements:
Strong understanding of Risk Management and relevant standards (e.g. ISO 31000).
Relevant multi-year professional experience in the field of Risk Management.
Successfully completed university degree (Graduate/Master/Diploma) or comparable professional experience.
Additional relevant professional training/qualifications desirable.
Fluent in English. Multilingual skills are an advantage.
