Risk Operations Specialist

Responsibilities Support reporting and monitoring of metrics and risk indicators Based on assigned queues, review accounts and determine the legitimacy of account holders, the associated risks Make sure all appropriate restrictions and/or dismissal decisions are made on each account reviewed Continuously monitor VIP related cases and identify trends - Notify management of suspicious activities Monitor abnormal activities to stop any suspicious transactions Requirements Requirements At least 1-3 years of experience with Risk Operations Able to make discretionary decisions based on research Able to handle multiple queues covering a variety of tasks with a sense of urgency and follow-through Knowledge or experience in SQL/Python Experience with Web3/Blockchain industry
