DUTIES:
?RESPOND PROMPTLY AND EFFECTIVELY TO A HIGH VOLUME OF INBOUND CUSTOMER COMMUNICATIONS, INCLUDING INBOUNDE CALLS, EMAILS, AND LIVE CHAT INQUIRIES, RELATED TO PRODUCTS AND SERVICE.
?MAINTAIN A PROFESSIONAL AND POSITIVE ATTITUDE THROUGHOUT ALL CUSTOMER INTERACTIONS, ENSURING A GOOD CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE EVEN IN CHALLENGING SITUATIONS.
?HANDLE REQUESTS FOR BILL ADJUSTMENTS, REFUNDS, OR CREDITS BY INVESTIGATING DISCREPANCIES, REVIEWING SERVICE HISTORY, AND PROVIDING APPROPRIATE SOLUTIONS TO ENSURE CUSTOMER SATISFACTION.
?LISTEN CAREFULLY TO CUSTOMER COMPLAINTS, ENSURING THEY FEEL HEARD AND UNDERSTOOD, AND WORK TO IDENTIFY THE ROOT CAUSE OF THEIR ISSUES.
