Robotic Technician

A Robotic Technician on casting production floor is responsible for operating, maintaining , and troubleshooting robotic equipment used in manufacturing processes. Thus, we are looking for a dedicated technician 
to maintain the automated die-casting automated machines.
Key responsibilities typically include: Maintaining by performing general service of auto sprayer cassette and manifold and also perform periodic robotic cell maintenance.Assembly of new spray cassette.Assist in marking new tooling auto spray cassette.To set-up the blower jig.To upload and back-up the ABB program on weekly basis or when there is changes on the module. Job requirement: Certificate or Diploma in Industrial, Electronic, Mechanical or Automation.Preferably 2 years in a similar (metal) industry.Preferably with analytical mind and hands on experience.Able to work on rotating shift is required.
