We are looking for a passionate RPA Consultant Engineer in Malaysia and Indonesia.
Responsibilities:
-Serve in different capacities as business process analyst, RPA developer, support and course trainer as assigned and/or required on multiple and simultaneous assignments
-Collaborate with customers to extract and define use cases in their existing IT and business operations, including process optimization, redesign and/or reengineering.
-Gather business requirements, design, develop, test, deploy and document the automation workflows.
-Create, develop and/or review business requirements documents (BRD), process definition documents (PDD) and solution design documents (SDD).
-Deliver process automations in onsite and remote client engagements to drive successful adoption.
-Embrace the RPA implementation best practices. Implement and configure programs, scripts and objects that are efficient, well structured, reusable, maintainable and easy to understand.
-Understand a business process from a workflow diagram and to conceptualize it as an automated solution.
-Create and document test procedures, scenarios and cases for the pre-UAT and UAT phases.
-Thoroughly test packages in the environment it will be hosted in or supported deployment environments, with responsibility for the overall testing cycle.
-Maintain RPA and monitor the successful execution of the automation process.
-Provide L1 – L3 support to the existing automations/processes, review and improve documentation, and implement the change request according to the priority of incident and request.
-Analyze, determine the root cause of incident, and problem-solve issues that arise in day to day running of robotic processes and provide timely responses and solutions within specified Service Level Agreements (SLA) parameters with business.
-Accountable for every assigned task for fixing, enhancement and delivering the right support.
-Adhere to the guideline for Incident, Problem and Change Management.

; Requirements:- Technical Requirements:
-Possess 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in programming (Java, C#, VB, .NET) with at least 2 years in hands-on UiPath implementation. Candidates with lesser or little experience are also encouraged to apply as on-the-job training will be provided.
-Advanced skills in understanding, analyzing, designing, developing, implementing and maintaining application code in a variety of contexts.
-Exceptional ability to understand, analyze complex requirements and define technical and functional advanced solutions.
-Knowledge and experience in integrating different applications using web services/ Rest API, etc., as well as RDBMS and open-source DB.
-Process minded with good presentation, communication and articulation skills.
-Proven experience on developing automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform
-Prior experience in migrating one of RPA platform from UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere to Microsoft Power Platform is a strong advantage
-Strong experience in software delivery lifecycle using Waterfall and/or AGILE methodology.
-Prior hands-on experience with working with one of RPA platform i.e. UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere is a strong advantage.
-Obtain UiPath RPA Advanced Developer Certification within 3 months (mandatory) if not already certified.

Education Requirements
-Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Systems or related Engineering disciplines.
-Written and spoken fluency in English with business proficiency in either Bahasa (Malay/Indonesian) and/or Mandarin is mandatory.
