We are looking for a passionate RPA Solution Architect in Malaysia and Indonesia.
Responsibilities
-Lead end-to-end solution architecture for diverse customers, focusing on long term sustainability and quality.
-Engage with stakeholders and influence key decision-makers, ensuring high-quality, pragmatic solutions aligned with customer needs.
-Provide assessments, estimates, and recommendations for implementations, new functionalities, and defect fixes.
-Translate complex business requirements into clear, concise specifications that guide implementation projects.
-Communicate effectively at various levels, adapting your approach to different audiences.
-Assists in developing the application, including configuration, report development, and data migration where applicable.
-Supports custom development and third-party integrations as required.
-Contributes to technical design and documentation and collaborates with stakeholders and team members to build solutions in Microsoft Power Platform that support business requirements.
-Oversight and guidance of implementation of applications, migrations, defect resolution and unit testing
-Collaborate with customers to extract and define use cases in their existing IT and business operations, including process optimization, redesign and/or reengineering.
-Gather business requirements, design, develop, test, deploy and document the automation workflows.
-Adhere to the guideline for Incident, Problem and Change Management.

; Requirements:- Technical Requirements:
-Deep knowledge of Microsoft 365 Customer Engagement, with at least 5+ years of experience in Microsoft Power Platform.
-Expertise in several areas, including Architecture Design, Release andamp; Deployment,
-Migration from other RPA Platforms, Integrations, and overall Cloud Platform understanding.
-A consulting mindset with a strong drive for results and the ability to develop the right solutions.
-Prior experience leading with business data analysis, data structuring, and data manipulation projects including: Power BI, Data visualization, Data transformation,
-Publication of Power BI reports, Data flows, Data movement, Backing up data
-Management of data in cloud-based platforms, Creation of tables, Creation of relationships, Building views and forms (Power Pages).
-Power Apps design, development, and deployment of Canvas applications, and deployment of Model-driven applications
-Power Automate, Workflows, Automated tasks, Dataverse
-Knowledge and experience in integrating different applications using web services/ Rest API, etc., as well as RDBMS and open-source DB.
-Process minded with good presentation, communication and articulation skills.
-Proven experience on developing automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform
-Prior experience in migrating one of RPA platforms from UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere to Microsoft Power Platform is a strong advantage
-Prior hands-on experience with working with one of RPA platform i.e. UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere is a strong advantage.
-Strong experience in software delivery lifecycle using Waterfall and/or AGILE methodology.
-RPA certification is a strong advantage.

Education Requirements
-Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Systems or related Engineering disciplines.
-Written and spoken fluency in English with business proficiency in either Bahasa (Malay/Indonesian) and/or Mandarin is mandatory.
