Job Overview:
Responsible for managing and monitoring the factory environment pertaining to air, wastewater, waste, chemicals, greenhouse gas regulation, environmental accident prevention, and pure manufacturing (including wastewater treatment) operations.
Job Responsibilities:
Manage safety inspections in the place of business and vendor management.
Conduct regular training and create/promote awareness on SHE, emergency procedures, and workplace safety to all levels of employees.
Ensure the Process Safety Management System (PSM) is in place (operating and managing process safety reports).
Liaise with local authorities/regulatory bodies (DOSH, DOE, Bomba, MOH, auditor, etc.)
on matters pertaining to environment and safety.
Assist in ISO45001 certification management and follow-up.
Execute and manage the SHE system regulation/procedure.
Constantly monitor and respond to safety legislation and revisions.
Implement general/special screening and management of employees with symptoms.
Execute and enforce SOP in relation to Pandemic/National Disaster Control as required by legal authorities.
Maintain a safe workplace/facilities and ensure that the factory is in compliance with all Occupational HSE regulatory standards.
Job Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent Degree in any field.
Candidate must be a competent person and possess relevant certification certified by DOE and DOSH.
Preferably possess a professional certificate pertaining to water quality, air quality, environmental, and industry safety.
Fluency in Korean is an added advantage.
Strong knowledge in environmental (water quality, air) management is preferred.
