Safety Health & Environment (SHE) Executive- TransportationConduct thorough risk assessments to identify hazards, evaluate risks, and recommend control measures.
Develop and maintain safety standard operating procedures (SOPs) in line with regulatory and company requirements.
Lead investigations of workplace incidents, determine root causes, and implement corrective actions.
Prepare detailed incident reports and summaries for internal review and learning purposes.
Create and deliver safety-related training and educational materials to employees.
Perform regular safety inspections of the workplace to ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Draft and distribute safety-related memorandums to communicate policies, procedures, and updates.
Manage purchase requests for safety equipment, materials, and supplies as needed.
Conduct safety audits and prepare reports to ensure compliance with internal and external standards.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date safety records, documentation, and reports for audits and internal reviews.
Requirements:
Minimum tertiary education preferably in OSH/Environment or any relevant courses.
Added value if have professional certificate/competency (SHO, OSH-C, SW Handler.)
1-3 years in logistics specialize in Transportation.
Good communication skills both written and oral.
Ability to work with all levels of people to achieve cultural change.
