is looking for a Safety Health Officer to join our team in Johor Bahru, Johor.
This full-time role is responsible for ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of our employees at our manufacturing facility.
What you'll be doing
Conducting regular safety inspections and risk assessments to identify potential hazards
Developing and implementing safety policies, procedures, and training programs
Investigating and reporting on workplace incidents and accidents
Ensuring compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations
Collaborating with management to continuously improve safety practices
Providing guidance and support to employees on safety-related matters
What we're looking for
Degree and diploma in Occupational Safety and Health or a related field
Competent with 3 years of experience as a Safety Health Officer or in a similar role in manufacturing industry
Valid Green book holderregistered with JKKP
Thorough understanding of health and safety regulations and best practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Proactive and detail-oriented approach to work
