Responsibilities:To comply with statutory requirements such as Department of Environment (DOE), Department of Occupational Safety and Health (DOSH), external audit.
Organize and participate in safety and health training programs, record and evaluate the training condition.
Monitor department hazard identification, risk assessment and risk control (HIRARC).
Assist division head to establish major hazard safety management and control measure implementation.
Report and investigate immediately any industrial injury and accident in the division and carry out rescue work immediately in case of emergency.
Communicate and supervise external parties, either other plants or subcontractors to follow the company's safety rules and regulations.
Requirements:Candidate must possess at least a bachelor's degree/Post-Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Environmental/Health/Safety), Safety, Health & Environmental or equivalent.
Good interpersonal skills and able to communicate with all levels of management.
Bilingualism is an advantage for this position because it involves communicating with a Chinese contractor.
Able to work independently.
High degree of integrity, maturity, and a pleasant personality.
