Safety & Health Officer

Responsible for the Safety, Health and Environment (SHE) matter relating to the implementation of work requirement of project sites.
Planning, co-ordinate and conduct SHE activities, training and program.
Verify and review contractor's Project Safety, Health & Environment Plan (SHE) and give recommendations.
Ensure site safety compliance among all interested parties.
Perform site inspection and audit in ensuring all safety methods and regulations are being observed.
To ensure all work activities, procedures, processes, etc. are implemented according to OSH Act, Factories And Machinery Act and other local authorities on safety and health matters.
To attend all project's Safety and Health meetings.
To carry out any other duties as and when instructed by the Management from time to time.
Job Requirements:
Must possess at least a Professional Certificate or Diploma / Bachelor Degree (Environmental/ Health/ Safety) or equivalent discipline.
Registered Safety & Health Officer (SHO) with DOSH Malaysia, is a green book holder.
At least 5 years of working experience in safety related activities in construction industry.
Knowledge in ISO requirements.
