ResponsibilitiesExecuting the development, generation & maintenance of the Safety and Health documentation located in Site Office.Monitoring the implementation of QESH standard at site and advise on improvement action.As a secretary for Safety and Health committee meeting and prepare minutes of Safety and Health Committee Meetings and monthly Safety and Health report to Headquarters.To submit notification of accident and incident report within 24 hours and to complete full investigation report to Safety and Health Department Headquarters within TWO (2) Weeks after the accident/incident for non-LTI, near misses, first aid cases and property damage.To notify state JKKP (DOSH) in case of fatality and to complete full report within ONE (1) MONTH after the accident/incident to state JKKP (DOSH) and Safety and Health Department Headquarters.Advice in developing and maintaining Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment and Determining Control.Monitoring and advice of Safety and Health Objective and Targets to Safety and Health Manager.Assist and ensuring the implementation of QESH standard related to inspection and audit program at Site Office.Assisting Safety and Health Manager in executing audit and inspection in compliance with schedule.Monitor the recommendation for improvement and prevention of recurrence.Any other duties (related to OSH) that Safety and Health Manager or the management might assign from time to time.To comply and adhere to all matters pertaining to Quality, Safety and Health, and Environment related to the job scope and work place as required by the company.To comply with regulation 18 (a), (b), (c), (d), (e), (f), (g), (h), (i) of Occupational Safety and Health (Safety and Health Officer) Regulations 1997.AUTHORITYTo conduct internal Quality, Occupational Safety and Health Management System audit.Order a work stoppage for substandard unsafe act and unsafe conditions / practice at work site.JOB SPECIFICATIONCertificate / Diploma / Degree in Safety or related, must registered with DOSH Headquarters Putrajaya as competence SHO.Minimum 4 years experience in the construction environment with at least 3 years in similar field or position.Knowledge in legal and other requirements, and good environmental, safety and health practices.Computer literate and familiar with Ms Office Application Software.Able to work independently, Communicate effectively in BM and English.Priority will be given to applicants who are available to start immediately.Application Questions
