We have a new and exciting role available within our Corporate Intelligence division in our Malaysia office for a Recruiter.

The roleThe Recruiter will support talent acquisition activities across our offices in Asia with responsibility for sourcing, reviewing and engaging with candidates for our Corporate Intelligence business unit. You will engage with hiring managers for the roles you manage and will support the recruitment team in implementing new processes.
Typical activities and projects include:
Candidate Sourcing:Actively headhunt and source candidates for a variety of roles, levels, and locations.
Advertise Vacancies:Advertisement on all our platforms, including the creation of job advertisements and assisting in the editing process.
Support Hiring Managers:Directly engaging the hiring managers to ensure they understand correct and effective processes, and keeping them consistently up to date with their hiring.
Review and Qualify Inbound Applications:Assisting the hiring teams in the reviewing of and responding to direct applications.
Internal Administration:Managing the candidate journey via our ATS and scheduling interviews.
Phone Screening:Direct contact with candidates to ensure that we understand the candidates' motivations, interests and basic search parameters.

Candidates with the following skills and experience are likely to succeed within the talent acquisition team at S-RM:
Proven experience of candidate sourcing in complex environments at a variety of levels;Any experience sourcing for Corporate Intelligence or financial services in general will be highly beneficial.Experience directly engaging with hiring managers;
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English;
Experience tracking and monitoring recruitment processes through an ATS.
Candidates with no internal recruitment experience will be considered, in addition, any of the following would be beneficial for this position:
Experience interviewing candidates is preferable, although experience completing screening calls or short form interviews would also be beneficial;
Knowledge and experience working in a global company;
All candidates must have permission to work inMalaysiaby the start of their employment.
