Job Responsibilities:To create safety awareness and carry out safety meetings, fire drill exercises, safety induction, and safety training for existing employees and new employees.
Chairing monthly SHE committee meetings.
To implement and monitor aspects of Safety Management System activities in the workplace.
To observe and/or maintain a diary detailing safety activities, hazardous works, housekeeping, safety instructions, etc.
To implement all procedures and practices as stipulated in the company's policy including Safety and ISO.
To provide assistance for safety before & during internal/external audits by ensuring all related documents at site are updated regularly.
To monitor and manage PMA / PMT renewal.
Job Requirements:Familiar with OSHA 1994, FMA 1967, and other related OSH regulations.
At least 4 years of working experience in OSH.
Preferred candidates from retail/logistic industries.
Willing to travel locally if required.
Willing to work 5.5 days per week.
