Add expected salary to your profile for insights.Knowledge and Skills Required:Knowledge in relevant Malaysian legislation and regulations.Knowledge in industry code of practice and other guidelines related to the work scope.Able to generate risk assessment / Job Hazard Analysis with inputs from engineers, supervisors, and workers.Able to support and perform incident investigations when required (Method may vary from Tripod Beta, 5 Why's).Unsafe Act and Unsafe Condition reporting with the recommended control measures.Main Responsibilities:Support QHSE Department in ensuring full compliance with Quality & HSE legal and other requirements throughout the organization.Communicate information pertaining to Quality & HSE throughout the organization and promote Quality & HSE awareness.Support QHSE Department in performing reporting, risk assessments, auditing, and observing all Quality & HSE related activities and policies within the organization.Ensure operations are conducted in a safe and efficient manner and in conformance with legal, provincial, and company safety regulations by integrating and implementing SBH / Sapura Energy | BH QHSE policies and procedures.Support in performing post-incident investigations and communicate with the investigation team until all action items have been closed.Assist in the development and presentation of relevant Quality & HSE training.Assist in the development and maintenance of QHSE Management System for the organization.Support in POR issuance and receiving invoices in a timely manner.Record and analyze daily productivity and man-hours.Work closely with forwarders for import and export activities including customs clearance, shipping document preparation, and permit application.Minimum Job Functions:Ensure all filings and documentation related to GHSE and Engineering are in place and participate in projects for continual improvement.Ensure the Quality and HSE Concern Reporting are recorded in QHSE Online reporting and follow up on the closure of concerns.Perform other work-related tasks as required when assigned.Company:
