As the Sales Manager Southeast Asia you will be responsible for the semiconductor equipment sales in Southeast Asia report into the Global Sales Director.
The role will be located in Malaysia.The Sales team makes impact by:Defining the sales strategy to expand our market and build sustainable and innovative customer relationshipsMaking best-in-class product and service offeringsUnderstanding the market and ecosystem and bringing in relevant network and benchmark referencesProviding customer and market insights for our product portfolio strategy and roadmapsYour Responsibilities:Own and hit/exceed the sales targetsDefine the sales tactics in your regionGenerate and follow-up new leadsBuild and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationshipsFollow-up customer feedback to cultivate positive relationshipsManage sales forecast and opportunitiesSupport promotion activities and distribution networkTeam up with other departments to support project execution and after-sales service in order to fulfill customer requirementsCollect customer, market and benchmark insights and feed these to other departmentsYour Profile:Bachelor's degree or above in engineering or marketing / businessAt least 5 years' experience in sales or marketingSuccessful sales track record and network in the Southeast Asia semiconductor equipment marketExcellent customer facing, presentation, communication, and negotiation skillsAbility to build customer relationships from operational to director levelTeam player that can drive for results in close collaboration with other departmentsFluent in English; Fluent in Chinese is an advantageTravel > 50%Talent acquisition based on Nexperia vacancies is not appreciated.
