Responsibilities: Call to government department using a givenphone directory to get the appointment for salesperson.Use scripts to provide informationabout product's features and present theirbenefits.Ask pertinent questions to understandthe customer's requirements.Persuade thecustomer to give a slot of time to present services provided.Record the customer's personal informationaccurately in a computer system.Go the 'extramile' to meet sales quota and facilitate futuresales.Keep records of calls and sales andrecord useful information.Requirements: Proven experience as telemarketer or similarsales/customer service role.Proven trackrecord of successfully meeting sales quotas preferably over thephone.Good communication and presentationskills.Proficient in BahasaMalaysia.Skilled in negotiation and dealingwith complaints.Persistent andresults-oriented.Patient and able to handlecustomer rejection.Possess at least Diploma inBusiness Administration or relevant field; BSc/BA in business is aplus.
