Sales Admin / Clerk ( Female )

We are seeking a Full Time Sales Administrator to join our team in supporting the sales department with administrative tasks.
The ideal candidate will have strong computer skills and be proficient in using various software applications.
Duties
Maintain and update sales records using computerized systems
Assist in preparing sales invoice / purchase order
Handle customer inquiries and provide information about products or services
Coordinate sales meetings and appointments
Manage and organize sales documentation and correspondence

Qualifications
Proficient in particularly Excel and Word, simple ordering system
Excellent computer literacy skills
Strong time management abilities
Previous experience in sales administration is desirable ( non experience training will be provided )
Fluent in English, both written and verbal
