Scope of Work/ Responsibilities
Organizing and maintaining office systems.Coordinating with departments for smooth operations.Manage loan applicationsPreparation of agreement after the application is passedPrepare documents/ Submit JPJ related mattersPrepare invoices/receipts for motorcycle purchase/service/installment/insurance etc Requirements: Proficiency in MS Office, email platforms, and scheduling tools.Strong verbal and written abilities.Multitasking, prioritization, and time management.Ability to handle unexpected situations effectively.Trustworthy with sensitive information.Experience in the same field AT LEAST 3 YEARS.Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia/ English/ MandarinCitizens/ Females onlySalary to be discuss based on your experience/ ability & etc.
