Sales Admin (Construction)

Duties and responsibilities: To issue quotationand attend to customer enquiries/issue and work together withproject executive.To prepare claim, follow upand proper documentation over the project.Toassist in overall planning, implementation, and execution ofprojects to ensure successful completion of the projects within settimeline as well as in accordance with approved specification andquality deliverables.Responsible to allproject's correspondence and documentationsAllother duties and tasks assigned.Requirement: At least 1 year of relevant experience withDiploma in Civil Engineering or related EngineeringDiscipline.AutoCAD drafting knowledge is anadvantageProficiency in MicrosoftOfficeGood communicationskillsAble to meet tightdeadlineAble to work in a team as well asindependentlyWorking hour: 5½ days week(8.30am – 5.30pm, Saturday 8.30am-2pm)Locatedin Jalan Bagan Lallang,Butterworth.
