Job Overview Ensure day-to-day management of channel solutions are effectively supported, including ensuring all relevant program enhancements and update activities are executed and inquiries are addressed timely manner. Support Sales Operations Sales Team programs, including the vehicle reimbursement program and promotional incentive offerings Manage the internal marketing portal, Internet Selling and Advertising application and program contract negotiation processes. Responsibility of the Internet application program includes checking customer websites and online marketplaces to ensure customers comply to ResMed's policies. Administration and support for Competitive Watch program to gather market information, compile data and summarize updates to management. Responsible to ensure all program forms and catalogs, including distributors are updated to support product launches. Work with Project Managers to roll out program optimization projects. Raise program escalations to Channel Solutions Manager and participate in follow up leadership discussions when needed to resolve such scenarios. Regular phone/video calls with counterparts in US, Europe and Asia. Demonstrates a high level of professionalism in dealing with confidential and sensitive issues. Develop reports to capture utilization and performance metrics. Work with IT to automate reporting dashboards as needed. Other duties as assigned. WE WANT SOMEONE WHO: Expert in excel advance 1-2 years of sales support or business experience in a similar environment. Strong English skills (written and verbal) to write/create basic reports and business correspondence. Strong analysis and critical thinking skills. Well organized and detailed oriented. Strong personal computer skills and familiarity with Windows-based software (including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Internet browsers). Experience working in a multinational company. Display energetic, self-motivated and quick thinking with positive attitude.
