Sales Admin Executive (Bw)

Responding to requests from sales and sales managers by preparing correspondence, presentations, reports, and other special projects.
Assisting key account owners to check and update account details in the CRM system (Icabs).
Maintaining and updating the CRM system (Icabs) inclusive of customer contact strategy tickets, customer complaint tickets, and client retention tickets.
Coordinating and following up on customer orders for key account owners.
Working with key account owners and credit control to manage and resolve customer-related credit issues, following through on expired POs, assisting to validate PO details, and chasing outstanding POs.
Providing backup support to key account owners in preparing renewal contracts and lost in trade correspondence (e.g., lost unit/faulty unit) and keeping track of physical renewal status.
Assisting and supporting key account owners in preparing physical renewal paperwork, preparing documents for reduction/termination submissions, and preparing credit or debit notes request forms if required by Key Account Owners.
Using telephones to reach out to customers and verify order and account information.
Serving as a point of contact for key account customers with queries about services, products, orders, and deliveries, and providing support for key account owners, assisting to liaise with BSS and admin on service and contract-related issues, and liaising with service planners to ensure timely deliveries upon request from Key Account Owners.
Following up with key account owners on required documents and missing information.
Processing repeat orders via email or phone upon request by Key Account Owners.
Staying up-to-date with new service lines and innovations.
Communicating important feedback from customers internally and updating Icabs customer information.
The ideal candidate will possess:
Minimum 2 years of experience providing sales and customer service support in a service or retail environment. Candidates with a sales or customer service background will have an added advantage.
Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to work independently, exercise good judgment, and finalize solutions.
Organizational skills and attention to detail are critical as the individual will often face shifting priorities on multiple assignments.
Excellent verbal, presentation, and written skills; ability to communicate and document complex processes in a clear and concise manner.
Strong interpersonal skills to demonstrate teamwork and flexibility while working with all levels of the organization.
Strong attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy.
Strong process orientation and analytical and deductive reasoning skills.
Ability to juggle multiple priorities, handle highly confidential information, and possess a self-starter attitude.
Understanding of sales performance metrics will be a plus.
Required valid driving license because driving is part of the job requirement for this designation.
Highly Desirable:
Excellent sales, solutions, and negotiation skills.
Ability to reach and exceed sales targets.
Versatility to build rapport with people at all levels.
Multi-lingual in both verbal and written English and Bahasa Malaysia, able to converse in clear communication. Ability to converse in other local dialects will be an added advantage.
