Sales Admin Executive

Sales Admin Executive Job Description: Coordinate and responsible for sales and customer service activities with customers from order receive to goods delivery.Enhance business relations with customers.Attend to all incoming enquires from customer in a professional and courteous manner.Coordinate with production department to ensure on time delivery as per the customer's enquires and request.Resolve complaints and order issues and communicate all request with customers.Ensure proper documentation and reporting.Follow up on customer's payment.To undertake any other job and duties as assigned by superior from time to time.Job Requirements: At least SPM / STPM /Diploma qualification.  Preferably 2 years of working experience in handling sales coordinator /sales admin executive position in the manufacturing industries.Multi-tasker, ability to work in fast-paced environment and able to meet deadlines.Candidates who are fluent in Mandarin are preferred because the role requires candidates to interact with Mandarin-speaking clients.Required skills: Microsoft Office applications e.g. Excel, Word, PowerPoint.Positive learning attitude.On-Job training would be provided to the fresh  graduates.Working 5 ½ day with Saturday alternate off.
