This full-time Sales Admin Executive position at Pakai Industries Berhad is based in Taman Connaught, Kuala Lumpur. You will be responsible for providing administrative support to the sales team, ensuring efficient and effective sales operations.
What you'll be doing Provide administrative support to the sales team, including on-time order fulfillment, invoicing, goods return, customer and supplier correspondenceAssist in order processing and check stock availability Maintain up to date project delivery schedule, sales records and generate reports as requiredEnsure customer complaint is resolved timelySupport the sales team in achieving their targets and objectivesLiaise with other departments to ensure smooth delivery of sales-related activitiesProvide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholdersWhat we're looking for At least 1-2 years of experience in a sales administrative or customer service roleStrong organisational and time management skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel & account system/CRMAbility to work effectively in a team and independentlyAttention to detail and a problem-solving mindsetWhat we offer
