Provide support and assistance to the Sales team with order processing, documentation, and coordination.
Prepare reports and yearly sales budgets/forecasts in collaboration with Sales Personnel for submission.
Ensure all sales orders are documented correctly, including customer signed PO/quotation, technical spec sheets, and ensure payment is received before processing the order.
Develop and maintain positive business relationships with existing and potential customers to expand business opportunities.
Manage accounts receivable, perform reconciliations, and handle credit/debit notes for long-outstanding transactions.
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and track sales team performance to ensure alignment with business goals.
Oversee the entire sales process, from order to installation and after-sales service, ensuring service delivery meets customer expectations.
Develop and implement debt recovery strategies, negotiate with customers, and ensure timely collection of payments.
Assist in preparing and processing sales documents, including invoices, delivery orders, and purchase orders.
Coordinate with the inventory team to ensure availability and timely delivery of products to customers.
Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Business Studies, Administration, Management, or related field.
Fresh graduates welcome.
1-2 years of experience in sales admin, customer service, or related roles.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) with strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.
Mandarin proficiency is essential for effective communication with clients, partners, or stakeholders and to ensure smooth business operations.
Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
