About the roleWe are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Sales Admin to join our team at GWE Group of Companies in Mak Mandin Penang.
This full-time role will provide crucial administrative support to our sales department, playing a vital part in ensuring the smooth running of our operations.
What you'll be doing
Providing administrative support to the sales team, including data entry, order processing, and customer correspondence.
Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to sales activities.
Assisting with the preparation of sales reports and presentations.
Coordinating with other departments to ensure efficient order fulfilment and customer satisfaction.
Answering and directing incoming phone calls and emails from customers and clients.
What we're looking for
Strong organisational and multi-tasking abilities with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Previous experience in a sales administrative or customer service role is highly desirable.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
