Sales Admin (Internship)

Details of the offer

Responsibility



-Oversee and responsible on the whole Sales Order Processing Module. 632 system and new Sales Order Processing (OTC 2.0).


-Main coordinator between all the branches' Sales Admin and 3. Salespersons, to handle all the sales orders related matters.


-Coordinating with Marketing Department on all the inventory matters, from incoming shipment to stock allocation and reservation.


-Handling of Daily and Monthly Sales reporting, to communicate with salespersons on the daily and monthly sales progress.


-Any other assignment as may be instructed by the Superior.

-Able to commit 6 months internship period.


-Excel skills which can be develop further.


-Able to communicate well with all levels of the team.


-Converse well and write proficiently in English and Bahasa Melayu.


-Able to start immediately


-Location: Toshiba Sales And Services Sdn. Bhd. (Glenmarie, Shah Alam)
