Job Responsibilities:Assisting with daily clerical and administrative tasks for the sales department.
Supporting the sales secretary with quotations, costing, purchasing, and related correspondence.
Assisting the sales team in processing claims.
Managing and maintaining databases and filing systems for easy access and retrieval of documents.
Organizing and handling all fax communications and correspondences, including price lists and quotations.
Carrying out all administrative tasks related to the sales department as required.
Performing any other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:Minimum SPM or Diploma Certificate.
Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
