Responsibilities:To process and manage sales orders from receipt to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
To coordinate with production, logistics, and finance teams to ensure orders are fulfilled according to customer requirements.
To serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing timely and accurate information regarding product availability, order status, and delivery schedules.
To resolve customer complaints and issues promptly, escalating complex cases to the appropriate departments.
To maintain and update customer databases, sales records, and related documentation.
To prepare sales reports, presentations, and other documentation for the sales team and management.
To liaise with the marketing team to ensure the availability of promotional materials and product information.
To coordinate with logistics partners to arrange transportation and delivery of products.
To monitor and track shipments, ensuring timely delivery and addressing any logistical issues that may arise.
To provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and managing correspondence.
To participate in internal and external audits activities.
To participate in regulatory related applications, updates, meetings where applicable.
To participate in company activities pertaining to training, employee activity, firefighting, safety and health.
To work as a team to achieve department KPI and overall company quality objective.
To undertake job related tasks as assigned by superior/management.
Requirements:Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, International Business, or its equivalent.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Diploma with a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales support, administrative roles, or customer service, preferably in manufacturing or related industry.
Familiarity with the aquaculture or feed manufacturing industry is an added advantage.
Good interpersonal, coordination, communication skills, strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with keen attention to detail.
Able to communicate in English & Bahasa Malaysia.
Proficiency in Mandarin language will be an added advantage.
Strong knowledge in MS Office, e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
Willing to travel when necessary.
