Sales cum Admin Support Assistant/Executive Key Responsibilities SALES SUPPORT Attend to simple sales enquires on IT products (mainstream/run-rate) and escalate to technical presales team when necessaryAssist in preparing sales quotations and bring to closureAssist in updating sales opportunities into sales funnel reports using cloud software Work closely with suppliers and technology partners to get costing for quotations preparingTouch-base with prospect customers and warm leads, if anyRegister account for technology partners' portal on new partnership, if any ADMIN SUPPORT Prepare sales orders and cost comparison when PO received from customersAssist to generate PO to suppliers and business partnersLiaise with internal departments and suppliers for delivery matters and installation jobsCo-ordinate with clients on delivery schedules and updating of delivery statusGenerate weekly report (delivery tracking list) and update key supplier list (if any changes) etc. using cloud softwareProvide general office admin support such as filing, data entry, scanning of documents, purchasing of stationery etc.Co-ordinate with field support engineers on scheduling for service/ maintenance contract customers and ad-hoc activationsTrack & upkeep accurate service reports and service utilizations status for service/ maintenance contract customers ROLE REQUIREMENT Min. SPM/  Diploma or equivalentMin. 2-3 years working experienceProficient in MS office (Excel, Word, Outlook) is a mustGood verbal & written communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia & MandarinIndependent, resourceful & a good team player is a mustPositive working attitude, trustworthy and willing to learnCandidate with more working experience will be given a more senior role
