The position is based in our Penang Office in Malaysia.
Job Overview Oversee sales administration processes to ensure that documentation and records adhere to policies and procedures concerning credit control, sub-sale transactions, financing, loan documentation, and vacant possession.
Key Responsibilities Accurately and promptly update purchaser, end-financier, and solicitor information in the IFCA systemEnsure timely issuance of progress billings to purchasers or end-financiers upon receiving the Architect Certificate from the Project Department and facilitate prompt payments from purchasers and end-financiersMaintain up-to-date aging and reconciliation reports for receivablesMonitor reminders, terminations, and sales forfeiture actions to ensure compliance with the terms stipulated in the Sale and Purchase AgreementMaintain an organized filing system for purchaser records and documentation while managing administrative tasksHandle sub-sale, auction, refinancing of properties and oversee the submission of Blanket Consent to Transfer and Consent to Transfer formsIdentify and collaborate with supervisors to resolve outstanding issues and enhance processesPrepare and submit monthly and ad-hoc reports as neededUndertake additional tasks assigned by superiors or department heads as and when it required Requirements Posses at least Diploma/ Bachelor Degree or other higher qualificationsMinimum 2-3 years of experience in Sales administration, preferably within the property or real estate sectorProficient in Microsoft Office Applications and IFCA
