1.Sales administration in Market Support adds value by ensuring operational efficiency, supporting the Project Sales and Business Development team.
2.Maintain customer satisfaction and contribute to data-driven decision-making. Main Responsibilities:
1. Provide sales admin support to Project Sales & Business Development team, ensuring smooth operation of sales processes.
2. Preparation of sales contracts and quotations
3. Order Processing: manage & process sales orders accurately and efficiently by coordinating with other departments ensuring timely order fulfillment.
4. Produce monthly forecast and order intake reports and tracking sales demand
5. Documentation: maintain & organize sales-related document such as contract, warranty, and customer records etc.
6. Data Management: manage & update CRM & ERP system to ensure accuracy and integrity, including new customer & project creation in Salesforce
7. Sales Reporting: manage month-end and ad-hoc reporting request.
8. Training/Onboarding: assist in onboarding/training of new sales team members, providing guidance on processes and systems.
9. Problem Resolution: address & resolve issues or discrepancies related to sales orders, customer accounts or other sales related matters.
Qualification:
1. Minimum tertiary qualification or a professional Diploma or Degree in Business /Marketing/ Sales Administration from a local or overseas institution/ university.
Experience: Business/Marketing/Sales Administration role
2. Experience in the steel construction industry is an added advantage.
3. Working knowledge of Salesforce is an added advantage.
