Sales Administrative (base at Taman Mount Austin, Johor Bahru)Provide support to the Sales and Marketing team, ensuring smooth sales operations, customer service, and administration.
Undertake Sales Order Processing promptly and accurately. Process sales orders, manage customer accounts, and track order fulfilment.
Attend to walk-in or call-in customers. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to orders or services.
Coordinate with Warehouse Department to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
Ensure that all incoming and outgoing stocks are documented accurately and promptly.
Conduct periodic stock count, monitor stock movement, and prepare stock replenishment orders.
Ensure that the stock and warehouse are always kept clean.
Serve as the back-up for Warehouse when the regular staff is absent or unavailable.
Perform any other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
Candidate Requirements
Diploma in Business Administration or any discipline.
Proven experience as Sales Administrator and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Able to speak Chinese is an added advantage as most of our customers are Chinese speaking.
