As a Sales Administrator, you will need to support the sales team in administrative tasks across multiple channels to accomplish sales-related matters from quotation, order processing, document issuance, and payment follow-up tasks.
The ideal candidate will need to have a passion for dealing and communicating with people and supporting team members.What do we need you to do?
Well-versed with filing and documents/data sheet keeping, archiving, and retrieving when preparing quotations and supporting documents for our customers.
Support office administration needs and initiatives for the organization.
Order processing: A sales support specialist is responsible for processing customer orders accurately and efficiently.
This includes verifying order details, checking inventory levels, and ensuring timely delivery.
Managing customer enquiries: Respond to customer enquiries, addressing any concerns or issues they have.
Communicate with customers via phone, email, or web chat.
Providing product information: Provide customers with detailed product information, explaining features, benefits, and pricing.
Supporting the sales team: Provide administrative support to the sales team, such as scheduling appointments, sending emails, and organizing sales files.
Sales Support: Provide customers with detailed and accurate quotations and cost calculations.
Payment: Follow up on payments for outstanding invoices.
Issue orders to suppliers for outsourced products & internal inquiries.
Update invoices and delivery orders for documentation.
Work with staff members from other departments such as marketing, research/design, and financing to optimize sales.What do we need from you?
Candidate must possess at least a SPM or equivalent.
Computer literate in Excel, Word, basic data search, and communication tools.
Ability to identify sales support and administration needs to continuously assist the sales team in carrying out their duties.
Excellent communication skills both written and spoken in English, Mandarin (optional), and Bahasa Malaysia.
Experience in handling suppliers and dealing with them on product sourcing (local) to accomplish project material needs.
A detail-oriented planner and great team player.
Experience in a sales support role will be an added advantage.
