Sales Administrator

We are looking for Sales Administrator to provide clerical and organisational support to sales team. As a sales administrator, you track orders, process paperwork, maintain the customer database, and ensure products or services are delivered on-time. You may also handle customer questions, request, and complaints.
Job Responsibilities: Provide sales administration support to the Business Unit Process internal business procedures and systems Support general office administration and corporate events. Attend customer enquires. Maintain and update customers' info and record regularly. Maintain and update company sales and data. Tracking of customers' order Perform ad-hoc duties as and when required. Job Qualifications: Minimum Diploma holder in Business Administration or equivalent. 1-2 year related working experience. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Proficiency with office applications (Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, Outlook) Process driven, detailed oriented and fast learner.
