JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: The first line of contact at the lifestyle store in establishing Face-to-Face engagement with consumers to promote Astro brand experience and drive sales through service philosophy which translates to leads and sales.Educate consumers about the product in an effective and accurate mannerDriving results to achieve monthly sales target.Support and execute any new tools + materials, promotional campaigns or activities planned as per instructed.Manage and be able to solve consumer questions about usage and complaints.Participate in all provided trainings to equip and improve oneself.Share knowledge and skills amongst team members in order to improve work quality and supporting the execution of activities.Manage the products in a responsible manner and ensure constant check that all devices are functioning in proper order.Ensure the upkeep of store and all its content is in good condition including but not limited to the store fittings, furniture, electrical, POS materials etc.Effectively utilize the management tools (DEX, iPads etc) provided for sales submission, customer data collection and educating customers on how to complete self-serve vis-à-vis MyAstro app.Represent the company by conducting responsibly and ethically to the consumers.Maintain a high standard of service and professional conduct to avoid any confrontations leading to negative incidents with individuals that may jeopardize the reputation of the brand.Ensure proper data capturing and record management and adherence to SOP. framework for the implementation of new business initiatives ie Cash & Carry model.REQUIREMENTS: Proven experience in similar consultative selling environment / customer services is preferableEffective communication skills with ability to influence Strong interpersonal skills and enjoy social interactions.Tuned into popular culture (what's trending)Passionate about Entertainment, being a Sports fan is an advantage.
