Sales And Application Engineer (Lubrication Solutions)

Brief JobDescription: As a Sales andApplication Engineer, you will use your technical knowledge alongwith sales skills to provide engineering support and advice on arange of company products. And also provide hands-on technicalsupport for our core product installation, troubleshooting,repairing and preventive maintenance at company workshop orcustomers sites.
Responsibilities: 1. Explore new market segment to search for new customerswho could benefit from company's product within designatedregion.
2. Maintain and build up goodrelationship with new or existing customers. Manage and interpretcustomer requirements to ensure the product or service is bestfitted to the customer needs.
3. Handle reportswhich include of service reports and respond to technical issuespertinent to our range of product or service performance and systemsolutions.
4. Travelling to visit clients,ensure to call regularly customers to maintain good relations andfollow up on leads.
5. Preparing quotation,close sales, co-ordinate sales projects, providing pre-sales andafter sales technical assistant, conduct training and productpresentation when necessary.
6. Update dailysales activities towards achieving regular sales targets.
7. Assist in marketing in trade shows, conferences andother marketing events.
8. Undertake any otherduties as assigned.
Requirements: Minimum Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma /Degree in Engineering / Mechanical / Electronic or equivalentexperience.2 - 3 years sales experience in atechnical field is a plus.English and BahasaMalaysia literacy.Good written and verbalcommunication skills.Must be willing to travelmost of the time.Possess own car and a validdriving license.Proficient in use of MS OfficeApplications (Words, Excel,PowerPoint).Multitasking, able to work wellunder stress in a fast paced environment, excellent interpersonalskills, result driven, technical problem solvingskills. Ability to establish rapport andbuild long-term relationships withcustomers.
