Sales And Customer Service Senior / Executive

Job Description:
As a Sales and Customer Service Executive at GMAT, a leading insurance tech company, you will play a critical role in driving our insurance sales while providing exceptional customer service. You will leverage digital tools to engage with potential clients, recommend the right insurance solutions, and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers.

Key Responsibilities: 1) Sales and Lead Generation:
o Use digital communication tools (phone, email, etc.) to engage potential clients and promote our insurance products.
o Identify customer needs and recommend the best insurance plans using data-driven insights.
o Follow up on leads generated through digital channels, CRM, and marketing efforts to close sales.

2) Customer Service:
o Provide top-notch support to customers regarding their insurance policies, coverage, and claims, using automated service tools.
o Guide customers through the insurance renewal process to ensure timely renewals.
o Address customer issues with urgency, ensuring high satisfaction.

3) Administrative Duties:
o Maintain detailed records in our CRM system for seamless tracking of customer interactions.
o Process policy applications and changes, ensuring accurate and timely updates in our insurance management system.

Requirements: Proficiency in English and Malay communication.Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships.At least 2 – 8 years experience in sales and customer service, particularly in insurance or financial services, is preferred.Fresh graduates are welcome.Ability to work in a tech-driven environment, with familiarity with CRM tools and digital sales strategies.
