Sales And Marketing Executive

-To assist in promotion and coordination during participation in exhibition.


-Act as an auditor on the implementation of ISO for the company.


-To develop new customers.


-To handle inquiries and complaints from customers.


-To ensure outstanding debts to be collected within stipulated terms.


-To do field visits.


-To gather market information and competitor activities.


-To assist the department to achieve the sales target.


-To provide good service to customers.


-Monitor customer orders with Planning Department to ensure orders are completed within stipulated dateline and to arrange final delivery with client and Administration Executive.


-Confirm with Moulding department for completion of new die samples.


-Liaise with Despatch Department for final order received from production and feedback to client as and when necessary.

; Requirements:-


-Diploma / Degree in Marketing, Business Studies or equivalent.


-Minimum university graduate or 1-2 years working experience with related scope.


-Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.


-Independent and able to develop new market.


-Indoor sales or outdoor sales experience will be an added advantage.


-Pleasant personality with good communication skills.


-Able to work under tight datelines.


-Independent and able to make decision.


-Problem-solving skills and able to handle complaints.


-Willing to travel.


-Candidate must be able to speak Mandarin and English.


-Candidates fluent in Mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with mandarin speaking clients.
