We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team, specializing in the vibrant and ever-evolving event and exhibitions market.
As a Sales & Marketing Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth, building client relationships, and enhancing brand presence within the event and exhibitions industry.
Your primary focus will be on generating revenue through strategic sales initiatives, market research, and innovative marketing campaigns.
Responsibilities:
Identify and target potential clients within the event and exhibitions industry.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
Attend industry events, conferences, and exhibitions to network and represent the company when required.
Prepare and deliver sales pitches and presentations to potential clients.
Negotiate contracts and close sales deals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements for both the client and the company.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
Proven experience (2+ years) in sales and marketing, specifically within the event and exhibitions market.
In-depth knowledge of the event and exhibitions industry, including market trends, key players, and emerging opportunities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
Exceptional negotiation and closing skills, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Proficiency in using CRM software and marketing tools for lead management and campaign tracking.
Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies to attract new clients.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and self-motivation.
Willingness to travel and attend industry events as required.
Basic Salary:RM 2,500 - RM 4,000 depending on experience.
