Promote and specify all products, turnover of sales, and provide data regarding changes required in the product to meet customer standards, answering queries, offering advice, and introducing new products.

Identifying New Markets:Actively seek out and explore new market opportunities to drive business growth.
Building Relationships:Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including designers, architects, contractors, and dealers, to establish a network of potential customers.
Customer Inquiries and Quotations:Prepare and submit inquiries for quotations, ensuring accuracy and completeness to facilitate effective negotiations.
Negotiation and Closing Sales:Negotiate terms and conditions with potential clients, aiming to secure agreements that benefit both parties and lead to successful sales closures.

Liaison and Communication
Bridging Market Gaps:Act as a vital link between the company and existing as well as prospective markets, ensuring clear communication and alignment of expectations.
Gathering Market Intelligence:Efficiently collect and analyze relevant market and customer information to support negotiations regarding pricing, delivery, and specifications.

Performance and Accountability
Sales Target Assessment:Regularly review personal sales performance against targets, striving to exceed set objectives and contribute to overall company success.
Feedback on Trends:Provide accurate insights and forecasts regarding future market trends to management, facilitating informed decision-making.

Project Management
Project Completion and Documentation:Ensure all projects are completed on time, including the submission of relevant documentation, photographs, and project certificates.
Site Visits:Conduct site visits for TCS project sales, effectively demonstrating and presenting products to potential clients.

Reporting and Administration
CRM Input:Accurately record daily sales activities in the CRM system to ensure comprehensive tracking and reporting of sales performance.
REQUIREMENTS
Academic: Qualification: Diploma/Degree in Business/Marketing and Construction.
Skills/Traits: Proficiency in communication via English, Malay, and Chinese is an advantage.
