Sales Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service:



-Greet customers promptly and warmly.


-Offer assistance and engage with customers to understand their needs.


-Answer questions and address concerns professionally.

Sales and Product Assistance:


-Recommend products or merchandise to suit customer preferences.


-Inform customers about ongoing promotions, sales, and store policies.


-Demonstrate product features and functionality.

Transactions and Packaging:


-Taking payments for purchases and packaging purchases.

Store Maintenance:


-Stock merchandise and maintain an organized and appealing sales floor.


-Create eye-catching displays to showcase products and promotions.

Inventory Management:


-Assist with inventory counts and monitor stock levels.

; Requirements:- Requirements:



-Experience: Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in a similar role. 


-Language : Proficiency in Mandarin and English


-Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Passion for retail, with a customer-centric mindset. Ability to work independently and in a team to achieve sales targets. Presentable appearance and professional demeanor. 


-Availability: Must be available to commit to a 6-month contract, starting on 10th December 2024.
