Sales Associate Duties and Responsibilities
Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media to expand market presence.Conduct market research to identify sales prospects and assess customer needs.Negotiate and close deals while addressing customer objections and concerns.Collect and relay customer feedback to internal teams for continuous improvement.Monitor market trends and recommend product enhancements based on insights.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, particularly Supply Chain, to ensure that delivery to customer is on time, and to coordinate any delay or changes accordingly.Ensure timely collection of payments in compliance with company policies.Submit daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly sales reports. Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management as required.To perform any other duties that may be assigned by your superior or the Management from time to time as deemed necessary.
Requirement for this role: Possess at least SPM, Diploma or Degree in any field.Well versed in both written and oral for English, Bahasa Malaysia.
