Identifies customers' needs advising them and providing them a better shopping experience.
Follows up on the customers' shopping experience and ensures sale is closed perfectly.
Knows how to manage alterations in order to offer better customer service.
Uses product knowledge (qualities and trends) to refute customers' objections and/or to close sales.
Seeks customer loyalty ensuring a better shopping experience.Maintaining the store imageEnsures that the store is in good shape, respecting the standards of the company's image.
Supports the display changes in the store as appropriate, following the standards of the company's image.
Incorporates new items in the store, following the visual merchandising criteria.Providing support when receiving and replenishing productsReceives and rolls out products at the store when required.
Constantly replenishes products from store to stockroom.
Carries out any other merchandise management processes (packing overstock, changes in the organisation of the stockroom, etc.).Maintaining the corporate imageRespects and complies with the Massimo Dutti Lifestyle Guide.
Always wears the full uniform smartly.
Uses tools that are available to ensure the products are located and displayed in the store.
Is familiar with and uses the RFID operating system.WHAT EQUIPS YOU FOR THE ROLE
Minimum 1 year of working experience in retail fashion
Minimum SPM or Diploma in related fields
Knowledge of fashion and trends
Willing to work on shifts, weekends and Public Holidays
WHAT WE OFFER
Basic salary RM2,400 with monthly commissions
