Your Role Create a good shopping experience for our clientsProvide exceptional customer service and follow upsBuild lasting relationships with clients by understanding their styles and needs beyond the sales process and provide follow upCapture and update all relevant client information, according to the company tools in order to retain actual clients and detect new clientsDrive local clients network growthRecruit and convert prospect clientsPartner with the team and be familiar with all store operations mattersProvide support with stocks and inventory managementMaintain an open, positive and constructive communication with team members What You Need Minimum 2 years of retail sales experience will be an added advantageReady-to-Wear (RTW) and/or luxury fashion experience will be an added advantageGood communications and interpersonal skillsGood team playerMotivated and drivenGood customer service and selling skillsGood in mix and match on Ready-to-Wear (RTW)Good flair of fashion senseWilling to learn attitude - we are open to equip you with skills! Fluent in English, proficiency of other language(s) will be an advantage How to Apply?
