  Key responsibilities include: More than 8 years working experience within Financial Institution with more than 2 years working experience as Sales Branch Manager/Team Lead Direct involved to plan, organise, direct and control the overall administration, business operations, customer service, sales and etc Develop and implement business development, marketing strategies, budgeting sales analysis to meet revenue growth target and profitability of the branch Lead the development and growth of the overall banking product portfolios which consist of bancassurance, wealth products, loans, deposits and etc Lead, drive and advocating the overall customer experience and relationship building with the customers Good knowledge of investments, dual currency, unit trust, insurance, structured products and etc Ability to lead the Customer Service, Sales and Operations team with proven sales records and leadership skills   If you are interested, please send your CV to for a confidential discussion.
