Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed performance advertising revenue targets in the Malaysian market.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities with advertisers, agencies, and partners to expand our client base.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including advertising agencies, brands, and media buyers.
Create compelling sales proposals and presentations tailored to clients' needs and objectives.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful campaign execution and delivery.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to optimize sales strategies and offerings.
Provide regular performance reports and insights to clients, highlighting campaign effectiveness and ROI.
Stay updated with industry developments, emerging technologies, and best practices to enhance our advertising solutions.
Mentor and train junior sales team members to achieve their targets and contribute to overall team success.
Key Requirements:
Minimum Degree / Diploma in Business, Marketing or any related fields.
Minimum of 5 years of work experience in digital marketing or any other related industries.
Able to converse and write well in English; Bahasa Melayu or any other languages will be an added advantage.
Proven experience in a leadership role and managing a team.
Willing to travel.
Strong understanding of the target market, industry trends, and competitor strategies.
