Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:
Consultative Sales:Employ a consultative approach to sales, collaborating closely with clients to understand their pain points and recommending training programs that align with their strategic goals.
Client Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with C-suite executives, HR leaders, and decision-makers within client organizations. Understand their needs, challenges, and objectives to tailor training solutions that address their unique requirements.
Solution Presentation:Present compelling training proposals to clients, showcasing the value and benefits of our services. Effectively communicate how our solutions can drive business performance and outcomes.
Team Collaboration:Collaborate closely with our training experts and consultants to ensure a seamless transition from sales to delivery. Work hand-in-hand with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project implementation.
Performance Metrics:Set ambitious sales targets, monitor performance metrics, and provide regular reports to the leadership team. Continuously evaluate and refine sales strategies for maximum effectiveness.
Job RequirementsProven track record of at least 2+ years in B2B business development, preferably in a consultative sales environment.
Experience in the training, learning, or consulting industry is highly desirable.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport at all levels of an organization.
Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Strategic thinker with the ability to identify market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
Exceptional presentation and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively.
Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
